Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between dispatchping, Am Kühlen Grund 7, 65835 Liederbach am Taunus, Deutschland and the organization accepting them. DispatchPing is intended for business and professional use. The person creating or purchasing for an organization confirms that they have authority to bind it.

These terms apply together with the order shown at Checkout and the Privacy Notice. If a separately signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that customer.

DispatchPing provides file intake, data mapping, validation, route and schedule optimization, review, history, and export tools for field-service planning. Features and limits depend on the purchased plan.

The service supports operational judgment; it does not replace dispatch, safety, employment, regulatory, or professional decisions. Customers must review routes, qualifications, working times, legal windows, travel assumptions, and exceptions before acting on an output.

Subscriptions, data, and entitlements belong to a DispatchPing organization rather than an individual login. Organization administrators control membership and billing and are responsible for authorized users, credentials, uploaded data, and activity in the workspace.

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, use individual accounts, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We may rely on instructions from an organization administrator.

An eligible organization may receive one seven-day trial. Unless canceled, a paid subscription renews automatically on its selected monthly or annual cadence. Prices are charged in USD and include applicable taxes as presented at Checkout.

Stripe processes payment methods and invoices. Plan changes take effect immediately with Stripe-calculated proration unless Checkout or the billing screen states otherwise. Customers authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Statutory payment and refund rights remain unaffected.

An organization administrator may cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until that date. Deleting a login does not by itself cancel an organization subscription.

If payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge and DispatchPing may provide a limited grace period. Access is restricted when the subscription becomes unpaid, canceled, paused, incomplete, or expired. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.

Plan limits may apply to active technicians, dispatcher seats, planning runs, jobs per run, history, optimization controls, and exports. Customers must not create duplicate organizations or use technical workarounds to avoid a limit.

API Automation, enterprise identity features, and other items marked “coming soon” are roadmap information only. They are not included in a subscription until DispatchPing expressly launches and documents them.

Customers retain their rights in submitted data and grant DispatchPing the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display it to provide, secure, and support the service. Customers confirm they have the rights and legal basis needed to submit that data.

Customers should maintain appropriate source records and exports. On account closure, deletion follows the operational and legal retention periods described in the Privacy Notice.

DispatchPing and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, interfaces, documentation, branding, and underlying methods. A subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right for authorized organization members to use the service during the subscription term.

If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

DispatchPing depends on third-party authentication, billing, hosting, compute, storage, mapping, and orchestration services. Their availability and terms may affect particular functions. DispatchPing remains responsible for its obligations but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party networks or services outside its control.

We may maintain, secure, improve, or modify the service and may discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary. We will aim to provide advance notice when a material change reduces a paid core function, except for urgent security, legal, or reliability changes.

Beta, preview, and experimental functions may be changed or withdrawn and are provided without a service-level commitment unless separately agreed.

We may suspend access to address a security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, non-payment, or harm to the service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Either party may terminate for an uncured material breach subject to applicable law.

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Optimization quality depends on the completeness and accuracy of customer inputs, constraints, maps, and third-party data, so no particular route, saving, or operational outcome is guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or injury where applicable law prohibits exclusion.
